EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE


O’Brien’s Moving & Storage learned last week that it achieved the Customer Focus Performance rating of “Excellent” for the year ending December 31, 2025, at both our Allentown and Reading locations. Allied Van Lines uses an independent rating service to survey its customers and assess the quality of service its agents provide. As many customers as possible are surveyed each quarter, and each quarter, every agent is rated based on their average score. A score of “Excellent” is the highest possible rating, and both locations were able to obtain this rating for each and every quarter. O’Brien’s Moving & Storage works extremely hard to make the moving experience as satisfying and easy as possible, and we are very proud of this achievement. In the van line’s annual report, we also learned that we ended the year with an extremely low claims ratio of 3.4%. The claims ratio represents the percentage of moves where any damage occurred, and 3.4% is quite extraordinary. Providing a stress-free and damage-free move is the best way to obtain an Excellent Performance Rating.
