New Jersey Movers Review
The Process of moving could not have been any easier thanks to the staff at O'Brien's Moving & Storage. We were very pleased with our estimate and felt as if we could call at any time with questions. As for our moving day, it could not have gone any smoother. The guys were amazing. They were professional, courteous, and treated our furniture as if it were their own. We were extremely satisfied with the overall experience and would highly recommend O'Brien's to anyone looking for a company they can trust.
Reading Movers Review
We were extremely pleased with our guys. We moved out of our house on Thursday and into the new house on Friday. We liked the guys so much that we requested all of them the following day. They worked very hard and were extremely professional. After this big move, we hope there will not be another one for a long time. If we had to do it again, we would definitely use O'Brien's Moving Company again.
Philadelphia Movers Review
Overall, this was a pleasant experience. Everyone was friendly and efficient. I hope we don't move again, but if we do I'd strongly consider reusing O'Brien's. I do have a few criticisms that I would like to see improved next time. The quote was very low, enough so that both the packers and movers complained about lack of materials and excess time spent working. It ended up costing me just over $400 more than I was quoted. While the vast majority of my things were packed well, several of my irreplaceable small fragile items were broken because two small things would be wrapped together instead of individually. Also, about 90% of the boxes were labeled "nic nacs" and so unpacking has been chaotic and time consuming. Because of the lack of proper boxes due to the a good estimate, anything left over was tossed in the bottom of wardrobe boxes. Thankfully, none of that was fragile, but it added to the chaos of unpacking. I would recommend getting the quote person to slow down and take a better look. I think he only took a cursory glance in the closets for example, and the packers spent forever in there. I can fit a lot of things in a closet. Better descriptions on the boxes where possible, knowing the difference between knickknacks and miscellaneous, and individually wrapping even small items if they're fragile, and this would easily get 5 stars. My wife Ann and I are finally getting settled in our new home here in Austin, Texas. It was a difficult decision to move from where we grew up in the Lehigh Valley to a town half way across the country to be near our grandson but has already proved to be the right choice. With all the decisions and planning to be done, it was an easy choice to call Carmen for help with our move. In the past six years we have used O’Brien’s for two corporate moves and a personal move. Calling Mr. Giovenco and O’Brien’s for this move was a no brainer. I can’t begin to tell you how polite and friendly everyone at Obrien’s, from the receptionist to the sales team to the guys on the dock helping me with boxes. Carmen Giovenco was his usual funny, polite and professional self. He answer all my questions and was always available to help with anything I may have needed. The truck crew, Greg, Ray and Carlos were also fantastic. Very helpful, funny and polite. Greg was even nice enough to let my 3 year old grandson take a look at his truck which made my grandsons day and week! Thank you to everyone at O’Brien’s for all your help in making a very difficult move just a little bit less difficult. I will be sure to recommend you to anyone who may enquire about moving.

Reading Movers Review
I have to say Henry and his group where the worst packers ever. I have moved 5X previous, but Roy, Mike, Omar, and Pete made up for everything that was wrong. They were the best movers I have ever had. Would recommend them. Just make sure you ask for Roy and his group!
