O'Brien's did a very good job of packing and moving our home contents. They were careful and were efficient. Since it was a local move they were paid hourly and they wasted no time. They were very quick to please and do whatever was asked. Very nice personnel. Would recommend O'Brien's for moving home contents.

We received a lower quote from another moving company but decided to go with O'Brien's. Our decision was driven by the detailed estimate and feedback from the account representative Karen. Not only was her assessment that our move would take two days it was accurate cost wise as well. This allowed us to better plan and manage the move and we are very pleased.

This is by far the best moving company I have worked with. I have moved 14 times in 30 years and I've had all sorts. This move involve my daughter being moved from one residential facility to another from Allentown to Pittsburgh. There was a miscommunication at one end resulting in a major piece of furniture getting left behind. O'Briens did everything in their power to rectify a situation that was technically not their fault in the least. They have been accommodating and compassionate. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a move whether local across state or cross country .

We used O’Brien’s recently to move several heavy pieces of furniture, including a piano, in preparation for a household sale. We used O'Brien's for our resent move from Philadelphia to Florida, and they exceeded our expectations. Wayne and Joe were great. They arrived at our home in Philly right on time, they loaded up their truck and were very careful with all of our stuff. They arrived at my home in Florida not on time but early. There was an issue with their truck not being able to fit in our development, Wayne went to the local U-Haul, rented a smaller truck, unloaded the big truck onto the little truck and drove back to my development to unload all at no additional charge to us. Despite all of this our things were delivered with no issues. After all the horror stories we had heard, our move went very smoothly. I cannot speak highly enough of Wayne and Joe or O'Brien's. If I ever move again, I would only use O'Brien's.

I had a lot to deal with and that was my fault, I wasn't ready for the move. Movers were, however, unflexible about moving large framed art even though prior movers willingly boxed my framed art. Damage another issue. Antique lawyer book case damaged, wood file cabinet had drawer pulls ripped off, one tall book case had back damaged. They weren't the friendliest although they got nicer near the end. I still tipped them well but overall, I've had better. They were ok.

Great customer service from the initial phone call to the last box. Office personnel are knowledgeable, accommodating, &, most importantly, make you feel at complete ease during what can be a highly stressful time. The movers themselves were professional, fast, & just overall good guys. Would absolutely recommend O'Brien's services to anyone looking for a reliable & well seasoned moving company.

This was our 4th move with O'Brien's. We have been pleased with them every time and the reason we are pleased with them is because all 4 moves we had Wayne and Joe , they are very nice men treat us with respect and treat our belongings with respect. In all 4 moves we had one picture with cracked glass and that was it. They take the furniture apart and wrap it well and then put the furniture back together. I can't say enough good things about these two movers. If we ever move again I will call O'Brien's and ask for them again. ( not planning on moving again.)
