Our experience was great. The packers were efficient and very professional. The movers were quick and professional as well. There was a miscommunication about who took apart the beds, but that was quickly resolved. The truck driver that picked up our move said it was his last day working there and he was very negative about the company. Everyone else was professional and polite. The crew that dropped the move were very professional and efficient as well. We have some damaged items, but not to much considering it was 3000 sq ft of furniture. We are submitting a claim and hope this process goes as smooth as the move.
