Lancaster Movers Review
Overall a good experience, but could have been better. The team of 2 men that actually did the moving were amazing. They were very friendly and nothing was broken. The process in between receiving the quote and finalizing the move left much to be desired. I had to call and email repeatedly to book my move. The day after the quote was given I tried to reserve the move date but could not get anyone to talk to me. The office staff kept telling me that I had to speak to the quote provider; however, I had called and emailed that person about 5 times with no response. Finally he called to tell me that the entire week that I wanted to move had been booked. He corrected the situation by finding a team to volunteer for overtime to make my move. Overall a good experience, but the company should work on their call back and scheduling skills.
