WOW - As usual I had many quotes to move my "stuff" and although O'briens was not the cheapest I decided to go with this company once again. I used the same company in my last move, but was looking for a cheaper rate. I found there were cheaper rates BUT not a better company! I am a very happy, satisfied customer for the second time. John was my salesman. He was extremely professional and very helpful. After listening to my concerns and noting them he provided a quote and assurances. The final price was less than the quote. The final price was less than I wrote a check for, which I calculated. I was given a refund even though I never knew I had overpaid!! This was AFTER I added some items I said would not be moved. The movers AND packers were superb! A GREAT, HONEST company! I will use them again if I ever move again!

We interviewed several movers but decided upon O'Briens for many reasons. Let me say that the quote was not the lowest but when the estimator came to our home (Robert) he was on time, dressed very professionally and went thought our home in a thoughtful manner. He gave us many suggestions to make our move easier. Other estimators low balled their estimates and hastily went through our home. The three movers came exactly when they said, introduced themselves and worked very efficiently. They worked from 8:30 to 7 pm never complained, not one scratch on any of our belongings it was the best move we ever had.

My husband and I have used O'Brien's services twice now - once to move from a previous house to a storage space...and again from the storage space to our new house. In both instances, our experiences have been wonderful - from the customer service/sales contacts to the movers. The moves were done in a timely and very professional manner - at a very reasonable price. I must also commend one of the sales employees - Trish - on her patience and customer service...as we had to change our move date more than once. I would highly recommend O'Brien's to others moving in the Lehigh Valley area.

We were very pleased with O'Brien's Movers. It was a very cold day when the 3 men came to move our belongings. They were very professional, friendly and careful with everything. Our settlement was postponed by 4 hours which didn't allow them to deliver until the next day. They were very accommodating considerating the short notice. The delivery day was snowy and cold. The truck was unloaded and everything set up as requested in a timely manner. I would definately use O'Brien's again and recommend them to anyone who is moving.

We were so pleased with the service we received from every person in this organization. The move itself went so well. Our crew was courteous, professional, and hard working. Curtis, chad and Steve all worked so well together; they seemed to understand each other without speaking!!! One really nice touch was they put all of my Christmas decorations near the door so they would be available! I even liked all of their ideas for furniture placement!! From the office staff to the estimator to the crew this company is high on my recommend list. Thank you, O'Brien's!
