We have heard many horror stories about long-distance moves, but O'Brien's dispelled that myth. Our move from Pennsylvania to Florida couldn't have been easier. The initial contacts for estimating and providing moving descriptions were professional and extremely detailed in what to expect and when to expect it. He even arranged for special crating for valuables. The driver was extraordinary gentle with our belongings -- treating them as if they were his own -- and kept in contact every step of the way. Both loading and unloading were efficient and took a minimal amount of time. The office staff was great tracking our refund and making sure we received it timely. There was not a scratch or mark on any item. I would not hesitate to recommend O'Brien's for their professional, dedicated and excellent service. They are just a pleasure to work with.
