The movers were very prompt and had us moved in to our new place within the designated time frame. All were polite and accommodating. However, we noticed that a piece of furniture had been damaged during transport. Didn't notice it until a day later.

I've been using the commercial moving side of O'Brien's for many years now, because my moves are never cut and dried. The team leaders are always very accommodating and professional to my ever changing needs as they develop after they arrive on site. I've never had a crew leave my site without everything being moved that I needed moved that particular day, even if that meant going way past the budgeted time for the move.

From the first phone call until the truck pulled away I cannot praise this company enough.I was quite nervous about the move and probably drove Nancy crazy but she calmed my fears. Then came moving day and Henry and his crew arrived.He was unbelievable Showed care and concern but they moved quickly and efficiently. Everything arrived in perfect shape . The two men from O'Briens did a fantastic job for the move on Sept. 29th. They were careful, polite and fun to deal with. They handled my Mom's things with respect as if they were their own things. Where the items needed to go whether it was in the attic or in the basement their response was always "not a problem". This was another thing that made this move easier for my husband and I. Many thanks to O'Briens for sending such terrific guys to do this move for us.
