I thought the movers did a great job! Very professional and courteous. Although my ex-husband came by and instructed the movers to unload something from their truck, and they actually listened to him! I was upset because he was not in charge of the move and he certainly didn't pay for it!! That was my only complaint. That cost me an extra $140! Due to the time it took loading, unloading and reloading.

We used O'Briens for moving our items into a POD while transitioning to a new home and they were awesome!! We then used O'Briens a second time to have them move the items out of our POD and into our forever home. I was thrilled with their carefulness of our items. The only part I was not happy with from O'Briens was their scheduling department.. we specifically requested labor at a certain start time (weeks in advance), and then the day before, they claimed they couldn't guarantee a time. VERY DISAPPOINTING! A move is not a small task, and when you have other helpers, kids to deal with and dogs, timing is everything, and O'Briens didn't understand that. They acted as if someone else had a job more important than ours, and it was very disappointing! The guys were on their cell phones a lot, which didn't give me the best feeling, but they got the job done so I guess that's all that matters. The back office at O'Briens isn't the most professional, which doesn't leave a comforting feeling when trying to plan a move.

This is the second time I've used O'Briens for a move in the last year. The team I got this time was adequate but not as good as the previous team. They were slower than the first move and even though I had less stuff to move and no steps to deal with, it took longer to complete the move. The one man also dumped a couple of my containers because he tried to carry too much at a time. First move, A+, this move C-.

This is the second time we used O'Briens for our move this time across state lines. The day started with a snow storm and they arrived early and completed the move to our satisfaction with the travel across state lines and in a very timely manner. Very professional would recommend O'Briens to anyone who needs to move!

O'Briens is the best ... handled our 2 day move (1 day moving to storage, 1 day to move to an apartment) with ease. All 4 of the crew were great to work with and hustled all day. Can't wait to use them again when we move next!!

Excellent! We moved on a snowy,ugly day, and one of the movers became sick and had to leave. The two movers that remained went above and beyond. They not only went to great lengths to protect our carpet, they did not leave until we were happy with the placement of the furniture. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
