They were on time and very helpful. Enjoyed working with them. The only concern I had was that after they left I noticed damage to some of my wood furniture. Those items were not wrapped to limit the possibility of damage. I know it was a short move however I would have liked them to at least wrap the wood furniture.

I have had the pleasure of using O’Brien services throughout the years and have always found them to be very responsive. In the past they have moved both residential and commercial for us and and have been very accurate on their follow through. The crew has always been particularly attentive and very meticulous in preparation for the move as well as satisfaction of the move after. The availability of management for questions was excellent. After 28 years in our home, we made the decision to make a move. Biggest fear was hiring a mover. From the moment we met with our representative, we were comfortable. But then came the delivery of services. Packing, flawless, comfortable, not one error or item mishandled. Pick up service - fast efficient pleasant movers showed up on time, and emptied our home. Delivery to the new home, again flawless, fast efficient, and everything placed where we wanted it. Even after unpacking, not one error or mishandled item. Not a single scratch on any wall despite large furniture in tight hallways. Highly recommend. Thanks again form making our move a pleasant experience.
