I have moved 3 times in the past 12 years and this was the best experience that I have had with moving. The team was professional, experienced and took such care in the move. My household was put into storage for a year while my home was being built and it was promptly delivered within the time frame I had requested. The cost of the move and storage was fair, there were no hidden charges and if I ever should need to move again, I would definitely call O'Brien's. Best ever, seriously!

Great experience with this company. From the first email requesting a quote, Mike was very professional, gave us all necessary info from A to Z....how they work, what to expect, and a reasonable quote. On moving day, guys were on time, respectful, knew exactly what needed to be done, they were fast but careful with our stuff. Our move was 30 minutes away, they completed the job in less time than we anticipated, and no problems occurred. The guys were great! We highly recommend O'Briens!

Definitely 5 stars review, but I would give them 5+ stars if I could! Fantastic team packed and moved us from PA to NC,They were friendly and professional every step of the way. Their work ethic is to be admired, moving is tedious and demanding....our team worked as hard as I have ever seen anyone work during some of the hottest days of the year. Very, very pleased....not one item was broken or damaged.

This is my fourth move over the past 25 years in which I used O'Brien's. They are responsive, reliable, professional, courteous, friendly, and take special care of all the items they move. They are very flexible with scheduling and accommodating tentative dates, because not all closings go as planned. I wouldn't use anyone else!

We had 2 moves with Obrien's.First one in Feb(1 day earlier than planned,big snow coming in),Took most of our possessions into 2 storage units.The guys were amazing how they got everything in the units. Then Aug.1 we had a different crew move us to our Allentown home.These 3 guys worked soooo hard in such oppressive heat to accomplish such an exhausting feat getting us moved into our ranch. But they each must have made 20 trips putting stuff in the basement. Movers are exceptionally hard workers.I asked one of them are you off tomorrow so you can recover from today? He said no mame,I work 6 days a week. Unbelieveable! Rating is 5 stars!

We have used O'Brien's twice and each time we have had an extremely stress-free, worry-free move! I received a telephone call when the truck was on its way, (Joe, Brett, and Joe) were polite, extremely helpful (didn't want me to lift a thing). Same thing for when the truck was arriving at our new location. We moved to SC in the heat of the summer and the guys ALWAYS had a smile on their face! Karen, who was our salesperson, was SUPER! Again, I arranged everything through her and it was a pleasure to deal with her. She knows her stuff!!! O'Brien's will always be our mover (hopefully we will not be moving again!). Thank you to O'Briens!
