When we needed to move, there was never a question as to what company would move us! With O'Brien's reputation in the area I knew we would be handled professionally and efficiently with O'Brien's Moving and Storage Company. The office staff helped us coordinate our move, answered all our questions, and when the crew (Larry Barlow/Bruce Buckmon/Joe Powell)arrived, they worked very hard, fast and efficiently to get our move accomplished. We are extremely happy with the service we received and would recommend O'Brien's to everyone. Our crew took extra care to make sure they protected our flooring, carpets & walls/doors. Their professionalism and experience let us relax during the move as they took care of our personal belongings as if they were moving their own items. I cannot say enough about the experience, but suffice to say, if you have to move (which no one likes to do) use O'Brien's as they will make your move go very smooth and that will be one less headache for you during such a stressful time!! I want to thank you for an extremely positive experience with the move of my sister's household goods from Fleetwood, PA, to Scottsdale, AZ. >From start to finish, the service received was exceptional. The moving request was made on short notice, but Robert Deering came in on a day of vacation to meet us at the location, give us a quote and get the process started. The household goods were in storage at O'Brien's for four months. When I called to begin the process of getting this small load scheduled for the Pennsylvania to Arizona move, my expectations were again exceeded. From the time of my first telephone call to delivery at the Scottsdale, AZ, location was less than two weeks. The Allied Master Mover, Gordon, touched base both before and after he loaded the items being moved and touched base along the road. He arrived at the arranged time and was professional, courteous and extremely careful with the items being delivered. These household items are prized, sentimental possessions to my sister and she was quite pleased with the care he took. My sister had experience with a local Scottsdale, AZ, moving company a few days earlier -- not affiliated with Allied -- and encountered surly movers who were not careful and merely dumped her possessions in the middle of the living room floor. There were hidden charges that I can only call bait and switch pricing. (I have filed a complaint with the BBB of Scottsdale. regarding that company.) An experience the polar opposite of the ex

I just moved to Alabama from Northern PA. Having the SAME crew pack, load, move the goods, and unload was a BIG plus for this move. It WAS GREAT! Now having to unpack is NOT such a great option, but it is giving me an opportunity to find thing I had totally forgotten. Thanks again. I cannot recommend this "TEAM" more that say THANKS!?

The O'Brien moving team provided exceptional service during all phases of our move. The estimator was very professional and thorough, and explained exactly what we could expect on moving day. The moving crew did a first class job. They put down protective coverings on the floor at both the pickup and delivery locations and handled all of our items as if they were their own. They took great care to avoid hitting any walls or corners and were very careful and gentle when placing items on our newly refinished hardwood floors. We could not have been more satisfied with the entire moving process--Thank You O'Brien!?

The Allied team was top notch! Packers came in and wrapped every one of my Santa collection, numerous pictures and ALL of our household goods with tremendous care and speed. The moving team loaded all the goods including our HARLEY with super attention to all. Great team. The unloading was flawless as well. They got in earlier than expected and called us to deliver our "own bed" so we wouldnt have to sleep on the floor our first nite in NC. Great work, would use them again any time!!!
