Reading Movers Review
O'Brien's really has this down to a science. The coordinator spent extra time to make sure I wouldn't be surprised by anything, and to make sure I had a comfort level with the company -- how they use full-time, year-round help for accountability and quality of life for their employees, etc. The movers themselves were super-fast, very courteous, and seemed highly motivated to do whatever I asked of them -- whether that fit their inventory & paperwork or not. And they came in way under estimate, without seeming to take any chances with my belongings. I don't know what more you could ask. You can trust them, and they're efficient. Worth every penny.

New Jersey to New Mexico move, fall of 2010. A very good expierence overall. The drivers and the truck loading assistants were probably the best we have ever had and we have had many. Upon arrival in Albuquerque the same excellent service. As far as we know nothing was damaged beyond normal but we will not know about everything until we move into home this month in Albuquerque.

The movers were very professional and hard working. They didn't even take a lunchbreak even tho I offered to buy lunch. In Va. my daughter also agreed that they were pleasant & hardworking. We have heard many horror stories about long-distance moves, but O'Brien's dispelled that myth. Our move from Pennsylvania to Florida couldn't have been easier. The initial contacts for estimating and providing moving descriptions were professional and extremely detailed in what to expect and when to expect it. He even arranged for special crating for valuables. The driver was extraordinary gentle with our belongings -- treating them as if they were his own -- and kept in contact every step of the way. Both loading and unloading were efficient and took a minimal amount of time. The office staff was great tracking our refund and making sure we received it timely. There was not a scratch or mark on any item. I would not hesitate to recommend O'Brien's for their professional, dedicated and excellent service. They are just a pleasure to work with.

I am 87 years old and believe me - I have moved more that once in my life...BUT...never have I had the service,confidence,satisfaction and dealings with nicer, more competent people, than with my dealings with O'Brien,s staff.
